Capital Transmission supports Peyer Group in the acquisition of Walke AG
As part of its expansion strategy, Peyer Group, a Swiss company specialized in product finishing, packaging, marking and labeling solutions, continues its external growth strategy with the integration of Walke as of January 2026.
With more than 140 years of Swiss industrial expertise, WALKE strengthens Peyer’s capabilities in paper processing, industrial carton manufacturing and specialised packaging solutions. The company will continue to operate independently within the group.
With this transaction, Peyer Group strengthens its industrial model and gains additional levers to support its future growth.
This add-on further reinforces Peyer’s integrated positioning and long-term growth strategy.
