Capital Transmission has invested in Bandi SA alongside its historical and majority shareholder, Renaissance Foundation & Management.
Founded in 1970, Bandi is present in Switzerland in Courtételle in the Jura region, where it has its historic production site. Bandi, which employs 70 full-time employees, specializes in bar turning and supplies high-precision components to major Swiss watch manufacturers.
