With these transactions, the group further expands its technological capabilities and geographical footprint in Germany, strengthening its position as a leading IT consulting and software provider for the digital transformation of industrial companies in the DACH region.
The integration of Wagner Informatik and 4Soft enhances the group’s capabilities in digital transformation, expanding expertise in digital manufacturing, business process digitalization, and advanced technologies such as AI and system integration.
